Another Indian Hills community member documents being attacked by IHIA Board of director member.

On Friday, another Indian Hills community member wrote to the President of the Board, Mr. Ray Todd, Indian Hills Improvement Association (IHIA), a residential nonprofit corporation, documenting her experience of being attacked by IHIA Board member.

The Indian Hills member asked the President of the Board: “why is her behavior allowed AND DEFENDED by the IHIA???” No response has been provided. The letter has been provided to us for sharing below.
